1. The service
LaraEnv is a Windows desktop application (free, source-available at
github.com/thayronarrais/laraenv)
plus an optional cloud service ("LaraEnv Pro") provided at laraenv.com.
2. Subscription
LaraEnv Pro costs $3 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal at the user's choice. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. Refunds are issued through the respective payment provider's customer portal.
3. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Settings → Account → Manage subscription in the desktop app, or via your Stripe / PayPal account directly. No retention or anti-cancellation flows. On cancellation: sync stops, locally stored data stays on your machine forever.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the deploy feature to break into systems you don't own. Don't sync content that violates third-party rights (the encryption means we can't see it, but the user remains responsible). Don't try to exploit, DDoS, or reverse-engineer the cloud service.
5. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The author isn't liable for data loss, downtime, or damage caused by usage. Backup your important data — especially before running deploys against production servers.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
